Wednesday Night Special: Chicken Cordon Bleu
An 8 oz chicken breast stuffed with smoked ham and Swiss cheese then breaded with our own seasoned bread crumbs . We pan fry and then finish it off in the oven. Served with our homemade honey mustard sauce on the side. |
Thursday Night Special: Baby Back Ribs
A full or half rack of tender baby back ribs. We season them with a house made rub and slow cook them, then mop on our house made barbecue sauce to finish them off. Served with a side of our baked beans. |

Friday Night Special: 3 Meat Combination Platter
*An 8 oz. Ribeye Steak cooked to order, 2 pieces of our fried chicken; your choice white (breast and wing) or dark (leg and thigh), and a skewer of garlic and lime grilled shrimp. |
Saturday Night Special: Prime Rib
12 ounces of delicious slow roasted Prime Rib. We rub the rib with our special spices and allow it to slow roast to perfection. Served Med Rare to Med. A rosemary and thyme au jus and horseradish sauce is served on the side. |
